These are the two machines people actually choose between when they decide they need something that will sew denim. Singer presents them as the same heavy-duty chassis with different stitch counts, and the practical question is whether the extra stitches change anything you will do.

Buy the 4423 if it is cheaper where you are and you sew denim rather than decorating it. Nothing it lacks affects what the machine can physically get through.
Buy the 4432 if the price gap is small, or if you are in the UK — where the 4423 simply is not listed and the 4432 is. The extra stitches are a bonus, not a reason.
Not in any way we can evidence. Singer describes the same heavy-duty construction for both, and the stitch count does not affect what a machine can climb. Presser foot lift would, and Singer publishes it for neither.
