What we verified. The reference B003XF34M0 designates this machine on
amazon.de, .fr, .it, .es and .co.uk, confirmed on the barcode. We also checked
amazon.com. The same reference exists there and the barcode matches, but the
American page is titled “MinMini sewing machine for beginners” and no longer
describes the Carina at all. We have therefore left the United States out of the
links on this page rather than send you to it.
What the listings state. An accessory set is included; the European pages carry the article number 291875. Beyond that the descriptions diverge. The German page presents it as a machine for beginners and improvers. The British page calls it a computer sewing machine. Those two claims cannot both be a complete description, and neither page publishes a stitch count or a motor rating.
Why we are publishing it anyway. Because the European availability is real and verifiable, and because a page that says plainly “the listings disagree, check before ordering” is more use than silence. If the electronic control matters to you, confirm it on the seller’s page for your own country before you buy.

Because Amazon's national pages are written separately and drift apart over the years. Here the German page describes a machine for beginners and improvers, while the British page calls it a computer sewing machine. Those are not the same claim. We report the disagreement rather than picking whichever version reads best.
It is a German-market house brand rather than an international manufacturer, which is why you will not have heard of it outside Germany. That is neither a recommendation nor a warning on its own — but it does mean fewer independent repairers will have worked on one.
